I DIDN’T GET THE EMAIL WITH MY PURCHASED PATTERN!

Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder first.  If it's not in there, don't worry, sometimes technology isn't as reliable as we think. 

Please email us at team@ocrochet.com  and we will check your payment and email you the pattern directly as soon as possible.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE PRODUCTS AFTER PURCHASE?

After payment clears, you will receive an email with a link to the download. You can save the download straight to your phone, computer or iPad so that you can access the pattern anywhere at any time! Be sure to backup your product just in case.

ARE ANY OF YOUR PATTERNS AVAILABLE IN A HARDCOPY VERSION? 

O’Crochet is a green & friendly website. For environmental considerations; we don’t offer hardcopies. We leave the choice to our customers to choose if they want to print the document or not.

WHAT’S THE REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PATTERNS?

If what you see is not what you expected, just reply to the download email within 30 days, and you'll get a full refund.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

Shipping times vary by country, but it normally takes about 10 to 25 business days for your item to arrive.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION/SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

After you place your order, we always send an order confirmation email to the email you provided us. After we ship your order, we also send a shipping confirmation email to the email you provided us. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for the emails.
